我们对基于SIS结中准粒子隧道效应的4光子反射型参量放大器进行了一些计算,结果表明其自电导G_(55)并不总是可以忽略的。在此情况下,我们详细地讨论了其最佳偏置条件、增益的稳定性和对微波电路的要求等。这些结果有利于我们设计实际的微波参放系统。
We have done some calculations for the 4-photon reflection parametric amplifier based on the quasi-particle tunneling effect in the SIS junction. The results show that the self-conductance G 55 is not always negligible. In this case, we discussed in detail its best bias conditions, the stability of the gain and the microwave circuit requirements. These results will help us to design the actual microwave system.
