笔者通过对本校烹饪专业学生学习情况和英语课堂状况分析和研究,结合职业教育教学目标和合作学习理论和策略。围绕专业目标的英语课堂通过开展合作学习,将有效激发中职学生英语学习的动机,明确学习目标,对学生交际能力、创新思维和团队合作精神的培养起到积极的作用。烹饪专业的学生掌握英语基础知识和与其专业相关的英语交际能力,为学生烹饪技能的提升和可持续发展奠定文化基础。
Through the analysis of the cooking situation of students in our school and the English classroom situation, the author combines the teaching objectives of vocational education and cooperative learning theory and strategy. Through collaborative learning, English motivations centered around professional goals will effectively motivate secondary vocational students ’English learning motivation, clarify learning objectives and play an active role in cultivating students’ communicative competence, innovative thinking and team spirit. Culinary students master the basic knowledge of English and English communication skills related to their major and lay a cultural foundation for the improvement of students’ cooking skills and sustainable development.
