作者对矿井提升机中目前广泛使用的TKD-A系列交流电控的安全保护进行了分析,指出此类低频控制系统在减速爬行阶段整定上的不足之处,不能保证防止过卷事故。文中介绍了在原系统中增设少量器件,以加强安全保护措施的方法。
The author analyzes the current widely used TKD-A series AC safety control in mine hoist. It points out the shortcomings of such low frequency control system in the deceleration crawling stage, and can not guarantee to prevent over-rolling accident. This article describes the addition of a small number of devices in the original system to enhance security measures.
