用MDSC、显微镜温台熔点测定仪和固体原位反应池/快速扫描傅立叶变换红外光谱(RSFTIR)联用装置考察了硝化棉(NC)的熔化过程。MDSC曲线表明吸热过程是可逆的,它系由NC和部分分解凝聚相产物的混合物的固液相变所引起。由NC的MDSC曲线得到的熔点、熔化焓(ΔHm)、熔化熵(ΔSm)、分解焓(ΔHdec)和分解反应热温熵(ΔSdec)分别为476.84K,205.6J·g-1,0.4312J·g-1·K-1,-2475.0J·g-1,-5.242J·g-1·K-1。不同含氮量NC的MDSC分析结果表明,随着含氮量增加,NC的ΔHm、ΔSm、ΔHdec、ΔSdec的绝对值相应增加。
The melting process of nitrocellulose (NC) was investigated by using MDSC, microscope temperature table melting point measuring instrument and solid in situ reaction cell / fast scanning Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (RSFTIR) combined device. The MDSC curve shows that the endothermic process is reversible and is caused by the solid-liquid phase transition of the mixture of NC and partially decomposed condensed phase products. The melting point, enthalpy of melting (ΔHm), melting entropy (ΔSm), enthalpy of decomposition (ΔHdec) and thermal entropy (ΔSdec) of decomposition reaction from NCSC curves were 476.84K and 205.6J · g-1, .4312J · g-1 · K-1, -2475.0J · g-1, -5.242J · g-1 · K-1. The results of MDSC analysis of NC with different nitrogen contents showed that the absolute values of ΔHm, ΔSm, ΔHdec and ΔSdec of NC increased with the increase of nitrogen content.
