要建造独具风格的企业文化,使企业具有强大的凝聚力,使全厂上下同心同德地为企业兴旺而奋斗,得从培育优秀的企业精神入手。 在提炼和培育企业精神过程中,我们宝鸡有色金属加工厂很注意研究其它企业的企业精神。我们发现,不少企业提出的企业精神,共性的东西太多,不像日本丰田汽车公司的“车到山前必有路”、美国达邦公司的“生产力由职工决定”、北京星火技术研究所提出的“克己宽人,善处求知,以诚为基础,以勤为中心”等企业精神那样,富有企业特色。
