目的了解株洲市职业健康监护覆盖情况,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法运用回顾性调查方法,对株洲市2011年开展职业健康检查的结果进行综合分析。结果已开展职业健康体检的企业157家,覆盖率40.78%,体检率41.58%,检出职业禁忌症、疑似职业病619例,检出率2.74%。结论株洲市健康监护状况不容乐观,今后应继续加大职业病防治法的宣传,加大职业卫生执法力度,提高职业健康检查的覆盖面。
Objective To understand the coverage of occupational health monitoring in Zhuzhou and provide evidence for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods The retrospective investigation method was used to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the results of occupational health examination carried out in Zhuzhou City in 2011. Results 157 occupational health examinations were conducted with the coverage rate of 40.78% and the physical examination rate of 41.58%. There were 619 cases of occupational contraindications and suspected occupational diseases, with a detection rate of 2.74%. Conclusion Zhuzhou City, the status of health care is not optimistic, the future should continue to increase advocacy of occupational disease prevention and control law, increase occupational health law enforcement, improve occupational health examination coverage.
