On July 8, 2017, the 9th China Seminar on Human Development Economics was held in Guangdong Women’s Polytechnic. Representatives of the conference revolved around the central topics of “family security for female employment and human existence and development”. The seminar is divided into five sessions: opening ceremony, keynote speech, keynote speech, special discussion and closing ceremony. Zhou Youying, party secretary of Guangdong Women’s Polytechnic, made the opening speech. Prof. Chang Xiuze, China Macroeconomic Research Institute, for the keynote report and seminar academic summary.
