北方八省、区乙脑防治科研协作组第四次会议于1979年4月18～24日在西安召开。参加会议的除黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙、宁夏、河北、山西、陕西八省、区的代表外,云南、四川、安徽、甘肃、上海、北京、南京等省、市和第四军医大学也派代表出席。八省、区的代表和云南流研所的同志汇报了近年来乙脑防治和科研方面的经验;会议邀请上海的同志介绍了柳条鱼灭蚊的经验,医科院流研所的同志作了虫媒病毒(主要是乙脑)生态学的学术报告。会议期间,还参加了西安市传染病学会主办的学术报告会,由黄祯祥教授作了关于病毒免疫的学术报告,并介绍了第四届国际病毒学会议的情况。会议认真总结交流了两年来的工作经验,检查研究了
