早在20世纪80年代甘肃民乐东灰山遗址发现炭化古小麦时,李璠先生就注意到炭化小麦尺寸差异较大的问题。他测量了18粒东灰山小麦,发现小麦粒形差异很大,最大的粒长为5.32毫米,最小的则为3.62毫米,两者相差几近一倍~①。近年来,赵志军先生对河南登封王城岗遗址~②和安徽霍邱堰台遗址~③出土小麦尺寸的测量数据、陈雪香先生对河南博爱西金城遗址出土小麦的测量数据~④、王海玉对山东临沭东盘遗址出土小麦尺寸的测量数据~⑤以及尹达对安徽蚌埠禹会村遗址出土小麦尺寸的测
As early as the 20th century, 80’s Gansu Minle East gray hill site found carbonized ancient wheat, Mr. Li Kui noted the size of carbonized wheat larger differences. He measured 18 Eastern Gray Mountain wheat and found that the grain size of the wheat varies widely, with the largest grain length being 5.32 mm and the smallest being 3.62 mm, with a difference of nearly doubled between them. In recent years, Mr. Zhao Zhijun unearthed the wheat size survey data from Wangchenggang site of Dengfeng, Henan Province, and the site of Huoqiu Weyao, Anhui Province ~ 3, and Mr. Chen Xuexiang measured the wheat unearthed from the site of Bojin West Jincheng in Henan province. Shu Dong plateau unearthed wheat size measurement data ~ ⑤ and Yin Da Anhui Bengbu Yu village site unearthed wheat size measurements
