二氢青蒿素与鲁米诺在碱性条件下不需过氧化氢就能直接发生化学发光反应,氯化血红素对这一新的体系同样具有强烈的催化作用,运用这一新的发光体系建立了灵敏度高、特异性强、操作方便的测定抗疟新药二氢青蒿素的化学发光新方法,线性范围为0~3000ng/ml,线性方程为Y=1.146X+2.93(0~100ng/ml),r=0.994;Y=2.17X-139(100~3000ng/ml),r=0.999,检出限为1.4ng/ml,变异系数为3.3%。文中提示二氢青蒿素中的过氧键是鲁米诺发光反应所需的超氧自由基的来源。
