在400℃对AZ80镁合金进行了平面压缩,研究了变形次数对其组织与性能的影响。结果表明,AZ80镁合金在变形过程中发生了动态再结晶,塑性变形可以显著细化AZ80镁合金的显微组织。相同热处理状态下,变形次数越多,晶粒尺寸越细小,硬度越高;在相同变形次数下,T6热处理状态比T5热处理状态晶粒大,但硬度高。
The plane compression of AZ80 magnesium alloy was carried out at 400 ℃, and the effect of deformation times on the microstructure and properties was investigated. The results show that the dynamic recrystallization of AZ80 magnesium alloy occurs during deformation, and the plastic deformation can significantly refine the microstructure of AZ80 magnesium alloy. Under the same heat treatment condition, the more the deformation times, the smaller the grain size and the higher the hardness. Under the same deformation times, the T6 heat treatment state is larger than the T5 heat treatment state grain, but the hardness is high.
