本刊第三期发表的《再一次说“小平您好”》一文,在社会上产生了强烈的反响。编辑部不断地接收到电话和来信,希望能具体介绍一下当年“小平您好”横幅的制作情况。为了满足广大读者的愿望,本刊特邀1984年国庆“小平您好”横幅制作者之一,原北京大学学生,现供职于《黑龙江晨报》的栾晓峰同志撰文。回忆当年经过,他感慨万端,说:“此事已过去13年了,作为一个历史事件,虽说很短暂,但它的影响,可以说在近十几年,波及整个中国,乃至世界。在小平同志离我们而去之际,回忆往昔,心中充满悲痛、思念和激励之情。
The third issue of the publication of ”Once again,“ ”Hello,“ a ”text, in the community had a strong response. The editorial department has continuously received calls and letters, hoping to introduce the details of the year “Xiaoping Hello ” banner production. In order to meet the wishes of readers, we invited one of the banner makers of the National Day of 1984 “Hello Xiaoping”, formerly a Peking University student, and now working for the Lecture Luan Xiaofeng of the “Heilongjiang Morning Post.” After recalling that year, he expressed his feelings of gratitude. He said: "This matter has lasted for 13 years. As a historical event, though very brief, its influence can be said to have affected the entire Chinese and even the world in the past decade or so. When Comrade Xiaoping departed from us, he reminded us that in the past his heart was full of grief, thoughts and encouragement.
