土地财政一直以来都是我国政府管理工作中的主要内容。随着近年来我国经济的不断回温,政府在土地财政方面的改革与创新也是政府管理部门正在积极的研究的热门课题。特别是土地财政的地域化差异以及在全新的社会环境下土地财政的转型问题,如何在传统的土地财政基础上把握不同地域的不同土地财政特点,掌握相关规律,剖析土地财政地域差异存在的原因,并在充分考虑到土地财政的不可持续性等诸多弊端来实现现代化的土地财政转型,以迎合土地财政出现地域差异化现象,进一步推动地方的发展将是我国地方政府在未来的一段时间内必须解决的问题。所以本文就无哦土地财政地域差异与转型进行了研究,希望能够对地方土地财政的转型发展起到一定的推动作用。
