指出了智能电网的建设对电网企业的管理模式提出的新要求。从电网企业面临的新的发展趋势出发,提出了在已有信息化建设基础上,信息化服务“智慧企业”的总体方案,阐述了信息化服务“智慧企业”的价值和作用,提出了“智慧企业”的信息化建设重点及建设路线,并对其中的关键要素进行了阐述与分析。
