科室是医院开展工作及进行工作考核的基本单位,科室管理是医院管理的基础,科室管理的成效则取决于科主任的管理水平。本文拟结合作者多年工作实践,谈谈做好科主任工作的几点体会。1 摆正五个关系 科主任是一个科室的带头人,科室的工作大多由科主任领导完成。因此,科主任在工作中要摆正五个关系:一要摆正医院与科室的关系,从全院大局出发,围绕医院中心工作开展科室工作。二要摆正科室之间的关系,要互相支持、互相协作,提高医院整体工作质量。三要摆正科室内正副主任之间的关系,一、二、三把手要有民主、有集中,发挥集体领导的作用。四要摆正科主任与护士长的关系,在科主任负责制的指导思想下,医护之间密切配合,科主任要充分发挥护士长的管理作
The department is the basic unit for hospitals to carry out their work and conduct job evaluation. The department management is the basis for hospital management. The effectiveness of department management depends on the managerial level of the department director. This article intends to combine the author’s many years of work practice, talk about a few experiences of doing a good job as the director of the department. 1 Putting Five Relations into Relationship The director of a department is the leader of a department. The work of the department is mostly completed by the director of the department. Therefore, the director of the department must correct five relationships in his work: First, he must correct the relationship between the hospital and the department, proceed from the overall situation of the hospital, and work on the department center around the work of the hospital center. Second, we must correct the relationship between the departments, we must support each other and cooperate with each other to improve the overall quality of hospital work. Third, we must put forward the relationship between the deputy director and the deputy director of the branch. The first, second, and third hands must have democracy and concentration, and play a collective leadership role. Fourth, we must put the relationship between the director of the department and the head nurse. Under the guiding ideology of the chief responsibility system of the department, close cooperation between the medical and nursing staff is necessary. The director of the department should give full play to the management of the head nurse.
