管理咨询公司要经常诊断自己

近日在《中国经营报》看到一篇名为《管理咨询先给自己做咨询》的文章,颇有同感。文章中说,作为一名咨询顾问,您是否在工作中常听到客户如下的抱怨:“咨询公司赶时髦,总提出一些与我们需要无关的管理概念”;“咨询公司总爱找我们爱听的话说”;“咨询公司在告诉我们已经知道的事情”;“咨询公司在写我们看不懂的报告,实际上他们没有商业经验”等等。咨询公司在客户面前有失形象,作为一名咨询工作者对此颇感不安。笔者认为,咨询公司要经常诊断自己,其理由如下:一、管理咨询公司在诊断自己的过程中、 Recently in the “China Business” to see an article entitled “Management Consulting first to do their own consultation,” the article, quite the same feeling.
