雷公藤(Tripterygium Wolfordii Hook.f.)作为我国独创的一种抗风湿病药,本世纪60年代应用于临床以来,以其见效快、疗效确切而倍受青睐,同时副作用也日渐突出。为充分认识雷公藤的副作用,将本院123例观察结果报告如下: 1 材料和方法 病例:123例为我院内科门诊或住院病人,其中类风湿性关节炎(RA)62例、系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)30例,强直性脊柱炎(AS)18例、肾病综合征(NS)13例。
Tripterygium Wolfordii Hook.f. is an original anti-rheumatic medicine in China. Since it was applied in clinical practice in the 1960s, it has been widely used because of its quick effect and exact curative effect, and its side effects have become increasingly prominent. In order to fully understand the side effects of Tripterygium wilfordii, 123 observations in this hospital were reported as follows: 1 Materials and Methods Cases: 123 cases were outpatients or inpatients in our hospital, including 62 cases of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and systemic erythema. There were 30 cases of lupus (SLE), 18 cases of ankylosing spondylitis (AS), and 13 cases of nephrotic syndrome (NS).
