付载波频偏测量对于保证双调频系统传输质量具有重要的意义，本文介绍了我们设计制作的付载波频偏测量仪。该仪器便于携带、使用方便、精度达±10(－3)×f0＋1赫（当f0＞1千赫时）该精度满足模拟传输台网的需要。
Pay-carrier frequency offset measurement for ensuring the transmission quality of dual-frequency system is of great significance, this article describes the design and manufacture of the carrier frequency offset measurement instrument. The instrument is easy to carry, easy to use, accuracy of ± 10 (-3) × f0 +1 Hz (when f0> 1 kHz) the accuracy of analog transmission network to meet the needs.
