近年来,文献报导应用苯肼及其衍生物使动物诱发实验性贫血症。David A.Ka-rnotshy指出苯肼对机体具有强烈的溶血作用,Goodman及Gilmen并认为苯肼能使体内血红蛋白分解,形成血色素及变性球蛋白,Martin Sass M.S.等曾报导了贫血患者血中谷草转氨酶显著升高,另有一些文献证明在某些贫血患者的血浆,血球及尿中自由氨基酸发生了明显变化。基于上述,我们推测贫血患者体内蛋白质代谢的其他方面亦将出现紊乱现象,本文拟从盐酸苯肼诱发贫血的大白鼠肝脏自由氨基酸含量变化方面加以探讨。
In recent years, the literature reports that benzoquinone and its derivatives cause animal induced experimental anemia. David A. Ka-rnotshy pointed out that benzoquinone has a strong hemolytic effect on the body. Goodman and Gilmen also believe that phenylhydrazine can decompose hemoglobin in the body and form hemoglobin and denatured globulin. Martin Sass MS et al. have reported blood of aspartate aminotransferase in patients with anemia. Significantly increased, and some other documents have shown that there are significant changes in free amino acids in plasma, blood cells, and urine in certain anemic patients. Based on the above, we speculated that other aspects of protein metabolism in patients with anemia will also appear disordered. This article intends to explore the changes of free amino acid content in the liver of anaesthetized rats induced by phenylhydrazine hydrochloride.
