坚持公共医疗卫生公益性,是深化医药卫生体制改革的一条主线。公立医院是公共医疗卫生公益性表达的主要载体。其公益性的强弱直接关系到群众看病就医这个重大的民生问题。恢复和强化公立医院公益性,有待于深化医药卫生体制改革,强化政府责任,明确公立医院定位,完善医疗服务体系,规范公立医院的管理体制、投入机制、运行机制等。
Adhere to the public health public welfare, is to deepen the medical and health system reform a main line. Public hospitals are the main carriers of public health public welfare expression. The strength of its public welfare is directly related to the mass livelihood issues of medical treatment for medical treatment.
