目的观察康复新液治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效与安全性。方法选择消化性溃疡患者96例,随机双盲分为治疗组60例和对照组36例。治疗组口服康复新液,对照组口服奥美拉唑。两组均2周为1个疗程。结果两组在治疗后胃镜检查溃疡愈合情况治疗组为91.67%,对照组为75.0%,两组相比有明显差异;两组愈合者6个月、12个月内复发情况治疗组为11.76%,对照组为54.54%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论康复新液是治疗消化性溃疡的安全有效的药物。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods 96 patients with peptic ulcer were selected and randomly divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (36 cases). The treatment group oral rehabilitation of new liquid, the control group oral omeprazole. Two groups were 2 weeks for a course of treatment. Results In the two groups after treatment, ulcer healing was 91.67% in the treatment group and 75.0% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups; the healing rate of the two groups was 6 months and the recurrence within 12 months was 11.76% , The control group was 54.54%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Kangfuxin solution is a safe and effective treatment of peptic ulcer.
