流行性腮腺炎多发生在儿童及青少年。腮腺病毒的嗜腺体性及嗜神经特性已被公认:可引起脑膜炎、脑膜脑炎、睾丸炎、卵巢炎和胰腺炎等但同时合并胰腺炎、心肌炎病例少见,我科于2012月6月10日收治1例同时并发胰腺炎、心肌炎患儿,现报道如下:1病例报道患儿,女,7岁,因“发热伴腮腺区肿痛10天,腹痛7天”入院。患儿于10天前出现发热,体温38.5℃,伴双侧腮腺区肿痛,在当地诊所给予膏药外敷及口服“利巴韦林、清热解毒”等药物治疗3天,患儿腮腺区肿痛有所好转,仍有发热,体温多在38℃左右。1周前患儿出现腹痛,呈持续性锐
