作者在[1]、[2]、[3]文中提出的行星齿轮传动分析与综合的新方法——三角结构图分析计算法,可以推广到三构件二自由度旋转机构的任意组合中去。在这类机构中,除了包括内传动比为常数的各种行星机构,还包括内传动比为函数的三构件液力机构和液力变矩器。现代车辆变速箱广泛采用的液力——行星齿轮机构传动系统,可以看成多级三构件二自由度旋转机构的各种不同组合。直接采用[1]文的分析与综合方法,为求解这类复杂传动的运动学、动力学特性,以及寻求最佳组合方案提供了方便。本文按照[1]文的基本运算法则引导出一套简单的算法系统,用来求解结构参数i~0、i、v,为迅速求解复杂传动系统中各构件的转速、扭矩、传递功率、总传动比与效率等提供了更为方便的运算方法。这方法尤其适用于计算器和计算机的分析运算。

Using the analysis and synthesis method of [1] directly, it provides convenience for solving the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of this kind of complex transmission and seeking the best combination scheme. According to the basic algorithm of [1], this paper leads a simple algorithmic system to solve the structural parameters i~0, i, v, in order to quickly solve the speed, torque, transmission power, total of each component in a complex transmission system. Transmission ratio and efficiency provide more convenient calculation methods. This method is especially suitable for the analysis and calculation of calculators and computers.
