目的:本研究应用“阴道炎五联检”对苗药“紫天液”外用洗剂治疗阴道炎的有效性进行系统评价,为苗药的开发应用提供科学依据。方法:征询我院符合课题纳入条件妇科门诊患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各150例,观察组用药为“紫天液”洗液,对照组为红核妇洁洗液,治疗时间为月经干净后3天,洗液为100m L,每天2次,7天为一疗程。在治疗前及治疗七天后作“阴道炎五联检”检查,并结合妇检结果作疗效判定。结果:观察组治疗阴道炎有效率为97.33%,对照组有效率为94.67%。结论:苗药“紫天液”外用洗剂能有效治疗妇女阴道炎,药物治疗的主要机制是清热解毒、杀虫止痒、消肿止痛,凸显出苗药天然药物的优势与特色,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effectiveness of “Vaginitis Five Joint Inspection” to treat vaginitis by using Miao medicine “Zi Tian Ye” topical lotion, and to provide a scientific basis for the development and application of Miao medicine. Methods: Patients with gynecology outpatients who meet the criteria for inclusion in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (150 cases) and control group (150 cases each). The observation group was treated with “Zi Tian Liquid” lotion, while the control group was treated with “ Time for 3 days after menstruation clean, lotion 100m L, 2 times a day, 7 days for a course of treatment. Before treatment and seven days after treatment for ”Vagin five joint inspection “ examination, combined with the results of gynecological examination for efficacy. Results: The effective rate of treating vaginitis in the observation group was 97.33% and that in the control group was 94.67%. Conclusion: Miao drug ”Zi Tian Liquid " topical lotion can effectively treat vaginitis in women. The main mechanism of drug treatment is detoxification, insecticidal and itching, detumescence and analgesia, which highlights the advantages and characteristics of natural medicine for Miao medicine Clinical promotion.
