目的优化乳牙根管充填用碘仿糊的处方。方法以糊剂的细腻程度、润滑性、根管充填难易程度、去除难易程度等作为考察指标,采用多指标综合评分法对基质种类进行筛选,采用正交试验设计法对处方比例进行优化;并采用紫外分光光度法对优化处方中碘仿进行含量测定。结果多指标综合评分法选择二甲基硅油作为糊剂基质。正交试验结果显示,碘仿/氧化锌比例为影响糊剂的主要因素,确定优化处方为:碘仿/氧化锌比例为3∶7、丁香油比例为1.5%、粉/液比例为70∶30。优化处方中碘仿测定的线性方程为A=6.781 3C-0.051 6(r=0.999 7),表明碘仿浓度在48.75~146.26μg·m L~(-1)内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.83%(n=9)。结论优化后的碘仿糊剂制备工艺简单,外观均匀细腻,润滑性好,便于进行乳牙根管充填。建立的碘仿含量测定方法准确、可靠,制剂质量可控。
Objective To optimize the prescription of iodoform paste in primary root canal filling of primary teeth. Methods The exquisiteness of paste, lubricity, ease of root canal filling, ease of removal and so on were taken as the indexes of investigation. The matrix types were screened by the multi-index comprehensive score method, and the proportion of prescriptions was optimized by orthogonal experimental design The content of iodoform in the prescription was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The multi-index comprehensive score method selected dimethyl silicone oil as paste matrix. Orthogonal test results showed that the ratio of Iodoform / Zinc oxide was the main factor affecting the paste, and the optimal formulation was determined as follows: iodoform / zinc oxide ratio of 3: 7, clove oil ratio of 1.5%, powder / liquid ratio of 70: 30. The linear equation for the determination of iodoform in the optimized prescription was A = 6.781 3C-0.051 6 (r = 0.999 7), indicating that the iodoform concentration showed a good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 48.75-146.26 μg · m L -1 , The average recovery was 99.83% (n = 9). Conclusion The optimized iodoform paste has the advantages of simple preparation process, uniform and delicate appearance, good lubricity and easy filling of root canal. The establishment of iodoform content determination method is accurate and reliable preparation of the quality control.
