“企业经营文化是一个企业长年累月所形成的自身经营特性所要求的行为准则。”上海贸易学校招生、就业办公室副主任邵洁萍老师这样说道。那么,作为应届毕业生怎样适应企业经营文化呢?邵老师认为,其实这个问题不单单是应届毕业生需要考虑的问题,学校在这个问题上同样要超前考虑。众所周知,虽然贸易行业的单位分布在国有、民营和外企之中,有不同的企业经营文化,但这些企业都认可员工的诚信、学习力、沟通能力、执行力和开放思维能力。所以,应届毕业生要在这五个方面力求与企业的经营文化相融合,从而尽可能避免择业失败,并最终成为职场成功人士。以下三个案例充分说明上述五个方面对应届毕业生适应企业经营文化、成功就业的重要作用。

The following three cases fully explain the above five aspects of the graduates to adapt to the business culture, the important role of successful employment.
