于春岭(264025 山东省烟台师范学院公体教研室)学校体育中的竞技体育项目应具有以下特点。 一、学校中竞技体育项目应与学校体育教学内容相适应。竞技体育是指最大限度地发展和不断提高个人、集体在体格、体能、心理及运动能力等方面的潜力,以取得优异运动成绩而进行的科学的、系统的训练和竞赛。从上面定义可以看出竞技体育具有两个本质特征,即身体训练的体力活动和以竞赛为组织形式。竞赛性是与其它体育相区别的本质特征,因此可以说学校体育教学的内容通过改变其组织
