The Jersey Post, after investigating its network of receivers, plans to cut down under-utilized mailboxes and step up letters and mail collection. The above network reorganization plan was mainly based on the continuous and significant drop in the volume of traditional mail business. In the next three months, 51 of the 183 mailboxes will be canceled in three batches according to plan.
