各位代表我受市人民政府委托,向大会提出北京市2001年财政预算执行情况和2002年财政预算草案的报告,请予审议。一、2001年财政预算执行情况2001年是不平凡的一年,我们赢得2008年奥运会举办权、加入了世界贸易组织。在党中央、国务院和市委的领导下,全市人民学习、贯彻江泽民总书记“七一”重要讲话和党的十五届六中全会精神,抓住机遇,奋发进取,乘势而上,认真执行市人民代表大会通过的各项决议,努力发展首都经济,稳步推进各项改革,国民经济持续快
Delegates, on behalf of me, entrusted by the Municipal People’s Government to submit a report on the implementation of the 2001 Beijing budget budget and the 2002 draft budget budget to the General Assembly for their consideration.
