中国防痨协会第一届全国农村结核病防治学术会议于1984年11月4日～11月8日在武汉市东湖宾馆隆重召开。参加这次会议有各地代表、各省、市、自治区主管农村防痨工作的同志及列席代表共190人。出席会议的领导同志有中国防痨协会理事长黄鼎臣同志、中国防痨协会副理事长兼秘书长阚冠卿同志、卫生部防疫司副处长孙传贤同志、湖北省卫生厅副厅长金振涛同志等。大会由黄鼎臣理事长致开幕词,金振涛副厅长致祝词,卫生部防疫司向大会发来了传真电报表示祝贺。
China Antituberculosis Association, the first national conference on rural tuberculosis prevention and control in November 4, 1984 ~ November 8 in Wuhan East Lake Hotel grand opening. Attend this meeting, representatives of all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in charge of anti-tuberculosis work in rural areas comrades and representatives of a total of 190 people. The leading comrades attending the meeting included Comrade Huang Dingchen, chairman of the China Antituberculosis Association, Comrade Kan Guanqing, vice chairman and secretary general of China Antituberculosis Association, Comrade Sun Chuanxian, deputy director of the Epidemic Prevention Department of the Ministry of Health, and Comrade Jin Zhentao, deputy director of Hubei Provincial Department of Health. At the conference, Huang Dingchen, chairman of the board, delivered an opening speech. Vice Minister Jin Zhentao gave a speech. The Department of Epidemic Prevention of the Ministry of Health sent a congratulatory telegram to the conference.
