In order to promote the development process of “Social Welfare Socialization”, a group of experts from various related disciplines in the social sciences formed a research group, which is divided into three groups: the existing social welfare agencies (including the government-run social welfare institutions and non-governmental non- Unit), systematically evaluated from four aspects: non-profit, organizational norms and systems, work efficiency and effectiveness and social effects, and explored the law of organization construction and administration of social welfare institutions under market economy.
