患者 ,男 ,41岁。主因劳累后心前区憋闷 1年 ,加重 3月入院。患者自 1999年初活动后感心前区憋闷 ,休息 2～ 3分钟后症状缓解 ,不伴肩背部放射痛 ,未作检查治疗。次年初上述症状发作较前频繁 ,当地医院心脏超声检查诊断为“左室粘液瘤致左室流出道狭窄”,来我院行外科手术治疗
