我院自1996年3月以来,采用乙状结肠代阴道手术治疗4例先天性无阴道无子宫患者,手术成功,效果良好,现报道如下。一、资料与方法(一)一般资料:4例患者年龄分别为27、24、25、25岁。均未婚,原发性闭经,先天性无阴道。其中1例术前诊断睾丸女性化综合征。患者社会性别女性,无男性特征,无腋毛及阴毛,染色体核型46,xy。术中未见到子宫,卵巢,输卵管痕迹。切除腺体,病理诊断:睾丸组织。另外3例术中探查:弓状线两端可见
Our hospital since March 1996, the use of sigmoid colon vaginal surgery in 4 cases of patients with congenital absence of vagina without uterus, the successful operation with good results are reported below. First, the data and methods (A) General Information: 4 patients were 27,24,25,25 years of age. Are unmarried, primary amenorrhea, congenital absence of vagina. One case of preoperative diagnosis of testicular feminization syndrome. Patient Gender Female, no male, no armpit and pubic hair, chromosomal karyotype 46, xy. No intraoperative uterine, ovarian, fallopian tube signs. Gland removal, pathological diagnosis: testicular tissue. The other 3 cases of exploration: arcuate line can be seen at both ends
