本文报告一种EGL电路参考电压,与普通EGL参考电压相比,其输出电压十分稳定,并且可以任意选择电路的温度系数。电路形式普通EcL电路用的参考电压如图1所示
This article reports an EGL circuit reference voltage that has a very stable output voltage compared to normal EGL reference voltages and the temperature coefficient of the circuit you choose. Circuit form common EcL circuit reference voltage shown in Figure 1
