近年来,随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展和高等教育体制改革的不断深入,高校的贪污腐败案件呈现上升和扩大的趋势,究其原因,主要是体制性缺陷、宣传教育工作薄弱、高校管理体制改革滞后、个人私欲膨胀等造成的。应从高度重视思想政治教育、进一步深化体制改革、不断加大惩处力度三个方面入手,探讨在市场经济复杂环境下,针对高校的贪腐行为,构建集教育、制度、监督于一体的惩治和预防体系。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the socialist market economy and the deepening of the reform of higher education system, corruption cases in colleges and universities are on the rise and expansion. The reasons are mainly institutional defects, weak publicity and education work, Lack of institutional reform, personal self-inflicted expansion caused. We should start from the following three aspects: attaching great importance to ideological and political education, deepening the reform of the system and increasing penalties, and discussing how to tackle the corruption in colleges and universities under the complicated market economy and to establish a system of punishment and prevention that integrates education, institution and supervision system.
