近几年来,随着社会的进步、市场的需求,国家加大了对行政事业单位技术改造等专项资金的投入,那么专项资金这块的管理与使用成为人们的热门话题,因为专项资金的管理不仅有助于提高政府的服务质量与社会效益,同时还关系到社会的和谐、经济秩序的稳定。但随着逐年改革力度的加强,资金的种类繁多,数额的庞大,专项资金的管理问题也凸显出来。本文着重对专项资金的管理加以浅析,以此强化专项资金的使用与安全管理,仅此而已。
