为了优化冷再生沥青路面的结构设计,基于冷再生材料的疲劳实验结果,分析了车辆轴重与轮胎接地压强的关系,通过有限元方法研究了各级轴载作用下冷再生沥青路面基层层底拉应力的变化规律,按照疲劳等效原理得到基于冷再生基层疲劳等效的沥青路面轴载换算指数为4.64。考虑到安全因素,在实际应用中建议取轴载换算指数为5.0。通过冷再生基层与半刚性基层路面的轴载敏感性对比分析可知,利用冷再生技术对半刚性基层进行结构转换,可极大地改善路面的轴载敏感性,更好地保证路面使用寿命和行驶质量。
In order to optimize the structural design of cold reclaimed asphalt pavement, based on the fatigue test results of cold reclaimed materials, the relationship between axle load and tire ground contact pressure was analyzed. The effects of axle load on cold reclaimed asphalt pavement base According to the principle of fatigue equivalence, the axial equivalent index of asphalt pavement based on fatigue of cold reclamation base is 4.64. In consideration of safety factors, it is recommended to take the on-board conversion index as 5.0 in practice. Through the comparative analysis of the axial load sensitivity between the cold-reclaimed base and the semi-rigid base, we can see that using the cold reclamation technology to transform the semi-rigid base can greatly improve the on-board sensitivity of the road surface and better ensure the service life and driving of the road quality.
