众所周知,遗传和环境因素对高血压的发生起重要作用。血压的家族性聚集,多解释为是遗传因素起作用。然而,同一家庭成员中,环境因素也相似,它对血压的影响,尚未很好研究。环境因素,包括饮食中钠、钾和钙以及总卡量、蛋白质、脂肪和酒精等,都被认为与高血压的病因有关。本研究随机选择了233个家庭中的成员,研究血压与多种饮食因素、某些人体测量指标和年龄的关系,旨在确定遗传与环境因素在上述关系中的意义。
As we all know, genetic and environmental factors play an important role in the occurrence of hypertension. Familial aggregation of blood pressure, explained more as a genetic factor. However, the same family members, environmental factors are similar, its impact on blood pressure, not yet well studied. Environmental factors, including dietary sodium, potassium and calcium, as well as total calories, protein, fat and alcohol, are all thought to be linked to the etiology of hypertension. This study randomized members of 233 families to study the relationship between blood pressure and various dietary factors, some anthropometric measures, and age to determine the significance of genetic and environmental factors in these relationships.
