目的探讨小剂量等比重布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉对剖宫产手术患者血流动力学及应激反应的影响。方法分析2012年1月—2014年1月在我院接受剖宫产手术分娩产妇的临床资料。依据产妇麻醉时布比卡因的剂量不同分为2组：观察组（小剂量：6mg）及对照组（普通剂量：9mg）。结果本研究共纳入产妇180例,其中观察组90例,对照组90例。观察组新生儿脐静脉PH值显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（t=18.420,P〈0.001）。观察组产妇T1、T2、T3及T5时间点MAP均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.0
