读《演奏艺术中的生理心理学津要》一书后,笔者对音乐学习、演奏和教学各项事业有了更深层次的理解,本文将分为两个部分重点阐述我对此书的感受和启发。首先我重新审视了我所从事的的钢琴教学活动中各项课程的安排和标准问题,思考怎样使我的教学更符合当今素质教育的总体要求和具体的音乐艺术中各项要求;第二我在读书的各个章节中,无处不与我的实际练琴和演奏相联系,从意识层面和动作层面仔细回想和对照,并反思不尽如人意的练琴习惯,总结有效的练琴方法,为今后的演奏事业和教学工作提供理论支持,并帮助自己能尽快地成为一位深谙学生心理和生理、遇到问题能找到科学合理的解决方法的好老师。
After reading “The Book of Physical Psychology in Performance Art,” I have a deeper understanding of various fields of music study, performance and teaching. This article will be divided into two sections that will focus on my feelings and inspiration about this book . First of all, I re-examined the arrangements and standards of various courses in the piano teaching activities I was engaged in, and considered how to make my teaching more in line with the general requirements of today's quality education and the specific requirements in music arts. Secondly, I In every chapter of my study, I am connected with my actual practice and performance. I carefully think and contrast from the aspects of consciousness and action, and reflect the unsatisfactory practice habits, summarize the effective practice methods, Provide theoretical support for future career and teaching work, and help themselves to become a good teacher as soon as possible to understand the psychology and physiology of students, problems encountered can find a scientific and reasonable solution.
