[目的]探讨平邑县肺结核的空间聚集性分布规律。[方法]收集整理平邑县结核病管理信息系统中2010年新登记的肺结核病例数据,以ArcGIS 9.3为数据管理分析平台,采用Ripley’s L(d)指数分析和核密度估计进行空间点格局分析。[结果]Ripley’s L(d)指数分析得出平邑县肺结核的最强聚集规模的半径为1 719.80 m,最大聚集规模的半径大于17198.01 m。核密度估计得出,肺结核在平邑县县城呈聚集分布。[结论]平邑县2010年肺结核的发病存在聚集性,县城为结核病的发病“热点”区域。
[Objective] To investigate the spatial distribution of pulmonary tuberculosis in Pingyi County. [Method] The data of pulmonary tuberculosis cases newly registered in 2010 in Pingyi TB Management Information System were collected and analyzed. ArcGIS 9.3 was used as data management analysis platform, and the spatial pattern analysis was conducted by Ripley’s L (d) index analysis and kernel density estimation. [Result] The Ripley’s L (d) index analysis showed that the radius of the strongest agglomeration scale of Pingyi tuberculosis was 1 719.80 m, and the radius of the largest agglomeration scale was larger than 17198.01 m. Nuclear density estimates suggest that tuberculosis is aggregated in Pingyi County. [Conclusion] The incidence of tuberculosis in Pingyi County was aggregated in 2010, and the county was the incidence of “hot spots” in tuberculosis.
