经过两年多的反复研究、修改,1992年2月24日国家教委颁发了《小学生体育合格标准实施办法》(以下简称《办法》)。至此,全国各级学校学生的体育合格标准已经全部配套。《办法》的颁发是小学体育工作中的一件大事,也是整个学校体育工作中的一件大事,必将对学校体育工作产生积极的作用和长远的效益。为帮助广大教育、体育工作者学习、理解《办法》,以增强贯彻执行《办法》的主动性和积极性,本文着重谈谈
After more than two years of repeated research, revision, February 24, 1992 the State Board of Education issued the “primary school sports eligibility criteria for the implementation of” (hereinafter referred to as “measures”). At this point, all levels of schools across the country’s sports eligibility standards have been fully furnished. The promulgation of the Measures is a major event in primary school PE work and also a major event in the school PE work. It will surely have a positive effect and long-term benefits for school PE work.
