试验制备一种Fe(Ⅱ)-氧化多聚糖鞣剂,探讨其最佳鞣制工艺,测定成革物性、制革废水中总氮值(TKN)、化学耗氧量(COD)。结果表明:Fe(Ⅱ)-氧化多聚糖鞣剂在最佳条件pH值3.5~4.0,鞣制温度20~25℃,鞣剂用量2%(以FeO计),鞣制时间大于2h时,鞣革的Ts可≥90℃。与Fe(Ⅲ)和BCS鞣制体系比较,该Fe(Ⅱ)鞣制体系的TKN较低,COD较高成为该鞣制的特征。与Fe(Ⅲ)鞣制体系相比,Ts有所提高,成革无铁腥味,成革粒面良好。
A kind of Fe (Ⅱ) -oxidized polysaccharide tanning agent was prepared by experiment. The best tanning process was discussed. The physical properties of leather, the total nitrogen (TKN) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) of tannery wastewater were measured. The results showed that when tanning temperature is higher than 2h, the tanning agent Fe (Ⅱ) - oxidized polysaccharide tanning agent under the optimum conditions pH 3.5 ~ 4.0, tanning temperature 20 ~ 25 ℃, tanning agent dosage 2% Ts can be ≥90 ℃. Compared with Fe (Ⅲ) and BCS tanning systems, the TKN tanning system has a lower TKN and a higher COD, which is the characteristic of the tanning system. Compared with Fe (Ⅲ) tanning system, Ts has been improved, with no smell of leather, leather grain surface is good.
