我室自1974年开始应用赤眼蜂防治松毛虫试验工作。五年来在反复观察赤眼蜂的生活习性,掌握赤眼蜂繁殖技术的基础上,对培育壮蜂,提高林间寄生效能,改进繁蜂放蜂技术等方面作了一些尝试,取得一定成效。现将初步结果整理于下。 一、松毛虫赤眼蜂主要生活习性观察 1.孤雌生殖 1977年将积温200℃发育已可辨别雌雄的松毛虫赤眼蜂蛹,剖开寄主卵取出雌蛹54头,分装54指形管,羽化成虫时,供新鲜柞蚕卵让其产卵寄生。观察结果:有52头雌蜂产卵寄生,占观察数96.3%;子代数合计4614头,平均88.7头,100%为雄性;共羽化289头,羽化率6.3%。说明孤雌生殖只能产生雄的后代,且大都不能羽化。 2.交尾习性 雄蜂有多次交尾能力,观察1头自寄主卵羽化出孔的雄蜂,2小时内交尾达10次。1977年将刚自寄主卵羽化出孔的雌蜂,一头装一指形管,供新鲜卵让其寄生,共观察32头,子代羽化后检查:平均子代数65.8头,雌占85.3%,说明赤眼蜂出孔前在寄主卵壳内可以交尾。 3.产卵习性 就观察29头雌降,羽化后平均经历1小时37分钟即开始产卵;产卵经
