培养符合社会需要的高素质法学毕业生是中国法学教育的迫切需要和现实要求。通过对法学本科生“四种能力”的描述和现状考察,我国法学本科生在实践能力、创造能力、就业能力和创业能力方面普遍存在不足。相关分析表明,当前中国法律本科生“四种能力”的获取与提升需要通过高校专业教育才能实现。
The cultivation of high-quality law graduates in line with the needs of society is an urgent need and a realistic requirement for legal education in China. Through the description and current situation of law undergraduates “four abilities ”, our law undergraduates generally lack in practical ability, creative ability, employability and entrepreneurial ability. The correlation analysis shows that the current access to and promotion of Chinese law undergraduates “four abilities ” need to be realized through the education of higher education.
