本成果用于计量准微波元件的高精度加工 ,采用钻石刀加工工艺 ,在普通机床上使用获得良好效果。应用该项工艺解决了以下几项技术关键 :(1)频标铷钟腔体加工 ;(2 )功率标准中细长焊件内导体加工 ;(3)高频电压标准中的零件端面加工。本成果有推广应用价值钻石刀超精加工工艺@李连
This result is used to measure the precision machining of quasi-microwave components. It adopts the diamond knife processing technology and achieves good results on ordinary machine tools. Application of the technology to solve the following key technologies: (1) standard rubidium clock cavity processing; (2) power standard elongated weldment inner conductor processing; (3) high-frequency voltage standard parts face processing.
