职业资格证书制度在培养应用型人才中发挥重要的作用,但目前实行职业资格证书与学历证书“双证制”是平行式的,对高校应用型人才的培养存在不利影响。旅游管理高校教育是培养旅游业应用型人才的主要渠道,面对不断发展的旅游业态,本文以桂林理工大学旅游管理本科专业为例,首先分析了旅游管理本科教育改革的动力需求,然后分析其教育改革已经具备的基础条件,最后从设置“学历教育+职业资格教育”课程体系、引入“实战工作坊式”教学方法、建设“技术+能力”的实践教学平台、建立“专业化+差异化”导师团队、构建“内部审核+外部评价”毕业设计评价体系等五个方面,提出旅游管理本科教育的改革思路。
The vocational qualification certificate system plays an important role in cultivating applied talents. However, the current practice of vocational qualification certificate and academic certificate “Double Certificate System ” is parallel and has an unfavorable influence on the training of applied talents in colleges and universities. Tourism Management Higher education is the main channel to cultivate applied talents in tourism. In the face of the continuous development of tourism industry, this paper takes Guilin University of Technology as an example, firstly, it analyzes the dynamic demand of undergraduate education reform in tourism management and then analyzes its The basic conditions for the reform of education have been established. Finally, a practical teaching platform of “actual combat workshop style ” teaching method, construction “technology + ability ” is introduced from setting up the curriculum system of “academic education + vocational qualification education” “Specialization + differentiation ” mentor team, build “internal audit + external evaluation ” graduation design evaluation system and so on five aspects, proposed the tourism management undergraduate education reform mentality.
