自1993年国家实行中小学生统一着装试点工作以来,得到了社会各界的肯定。一方面,它在校园里扮演着平衡器的作用,削弱了来自不同经济条件家庭学生的差异,可以产生一种平等感,进而能改善校园氛围和学生的学习态度,容易形成一种合作、团结、相互尊重的精神,培养学生艰苦朴素的品质。另一方面,在社会上它可以使学生在身份感上区别于其他人,有助于增强对学生产生保护和约束力的功效,从而发挥一种潜移默化的素质培养作用。
