调查某厂空气氯乙烯浓度在9.4~20.1mg/m ̄3条件下作业工人的神经肌电图、神经递质、内分泌激素及淋巴细胞染色体G显带核型分析。结果证明:50%工人出现以轴索变性为主的亚临床型或轻度中毒性周围神经病变;淋巴细胞染色体畸变率明显增高。在染色休畸变中50%是缺失,多发断裂点21q22,22q13、17q21与癌基因位点密切相关。以上两项指标可作为氯乙烯中毒早期检测指标。
Investigation of a plant air chloride concentration of 9.4 ~ 20.1mg / m ~ 3 under the conditions of workers in the electromyography, neurotransmitters, endocrine hormones and lymphocyte chromosome G band karyotype analysis. The results show that: 50% of workers with axonal degeneration mainly subclinical or mild toxic peripheral neuropathy; lymphocyte chromosome aberration rate was significantly higher. Fifty percent of the lesions were absent in staining, and the multiple breakpoints 21q22, 22q13 and 17q21 were closely related to oncogenes. The above two indicators can be used as early detection index of vinyl chloride poisoning.
