妊娠高血压综合征患者血浆中分子物质含量变化及其临床意义

目的探讨中分子物质在妊娠高血压综合征患者血浆中的变化及其临床意义。方法采用改进的紫外吸收法测定82例妊娠高血压综合征患者9、8例正常妊娠妇女及66例正常非妊娠妇女血浆中分子物质含量。结果正常非妊娠妇女血浆中分子物质水平为2.23±0.2 ku/L;正常妊娠妇女分娩前血浆中分子物质水平为2.25±0.23 ku/L,分娩后为2.24±0.24 ku/L;统计全部妊娠高血压综合征患者分娩前血浆中分子物质水平为3.06±0.29ku/L,分娩后为2.86±0.26 ku/L。其中轻度妊娠高血压综合征患者分娩前血浆中分子物质水平为2.72±0.21 ku/L,分娩后48 h为2.55±0.19 ku/L;中度妊娠高血压综合征患者分娩前血浆中分子物质水平为2.97±0.25 ku/L,分娩后48 h为2.76±0.23 ku/L;重度妊娠高血压综合征患者分娩前血浆中分子物质水平为3.20±0.34 ku/L,分娩后48 h为3.12±0.30 ku/L。说明妊娠高血压综合征患者分娩前血浆中分子物质水平比正常非妊娠妇女及正常妊娠妇女分娩前血浆中分子物质水平显著性升高(P<0.05);在轻、中、重度妊娠高血压综合征之间,血浆中分子物质有显著性差别(P<0.01或P<0.05),中分子物质水平越高,妊娠高血压综合征病情越重;三种类型妊娠高血压综合征患者分娩后48h其血浆中分子物质水平都有所回落,分娩前后的血浆中分子物质有显著性差别(P<0.05)。正常妊娠妇女及正常非妊娠妇女血浆中分子物质水平没有显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论中分子物质与妊娠高血压综合征发病学有关,中分子物质可作为判断妊娠高血压综合征病情程度的指标之一。 Objective To investigate the changes of plasma molecular level in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and its clinical significance. Methods The plasma contents of plasma in 82 normal pregnant women and 82 normal pregnant women from 82 pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension were measured by modified ultraviolet absorption method. Results The levels of plasma molecular substances in normal pregnant women were 2.23 ± 0.2 ku / L. The levels of plasma molecular substances in normal pregnant women before delivery were 2.25 ± 0.23 ku / L and 2.24 ± 0.24 ku / L after delivery. Blood pressure syndrome patients before delivery of plasma molecular material level of 3.06 ± 0.29ku / L, after delivery of 2.86 ± 0.26 ku / L. Among them, the levels of plasma molecular substances before delivery were 2.72 ± 0.21 ku / L in patients with mild pregnancy-induced hypertension and 2.55 ± 0.19 ku / L at 48 hours after delivery. In patients with moderate pregnancy-induced hypertension, the levels of plasma molecular substances before delivery Level was 2.97 ± 0.25 ku / L after birth and 2.76 ± 0.23 ku / L at 48 hours after delivery. The levels of plasma molecular substances before delivery were 3.20 ± 0.34 ku / L in patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension and 3.12 ± 48 hours after delivery 0.30 ku / L. It shows that the levels of plasma molecular substances before delivery in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension are significantly higher than those in normal non-pregnant women and normal pregnant women before delivery (P <0.05); in the mild, moderate and severe pregnancy-induced hypertension There was a significant difference between the sign of the plasma molecular substances (P <0.01 or P <0.05), the higher the level of molecular substances, the more severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome; three types of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome after 48h Plasma levels of molecular substances have come down, before and after childbirth plasma molecular substances were significantly different (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the plasma levels of normal pregnant women and normal non-pregnant women (P> 0.05). Conclusions The molecular substances are related to the pathogenesis of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. One of the indicators of the severity of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can be used as the molecular substance.
